Lonnie writes every job quote himself before a technician ever pulls up, and he signs off on the written guarantee that goes home with every customer. When he is not looking at a gate motor or a hinge, he is usually out in the garage messing with his own gate, which his techs give him a hard time about because it takes him longer than it should.

Mike R., Lead Technician
